The stuff is very amiable and the breakfast is delicious and very good. The room is brand-new with a comfortable bed and pillows. Nice touch to have its own balcony and a lounge area.

The location right on the seafront was absolutely stunning. We could enjoy the beautiful view of the bay and feel the refreshing breeze from the Atlantic. Plus, being within a mile of downtown made it convenient for us to explore the area. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who spoke fluent English. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the shade in the afternoon.

The hotel is conveniently located at the sea-front, just a short drive from the city of Angra. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom was actually a suite, with a sitting area, terrace, and a separate bedroom on a mezzanine level. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the small bay. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the hotel even allows dogs at no charge. a great stay with excellent amenities and a great location.

My recent stay at Hotel Do Caracol was fantastic. The hotel was clean and the location was great, with beautiful views of the ocean, Monte Brasil, and Sao Felipe Fort. The amenities were also top-notch, especially the swimming pool with loungers. The reception staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food. The private deck in my room overlooking the city and Monte Brasil was simply breathtaking. And to top it off, Angela at the bar lounge made the best Mojito I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
