Had a great time at Caracol! The ocean view from my room was stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Enjoyed the large swimming pool, but the breakfast variety could definitely use some improvement.

staying here made it so easy to stroll around the charming city of angra do heroismo, as many key landmarks like the cathedral and duke of terceira garden are just a short walk away. The views from the bar area are simply stunning, perfect to relax after a day of exploration.

A delightful stay with stunning views

The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking ocean view from my room's spacious balcony and the enjoyable breakfast buffet featuring local treats. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the staff always offered a warm greeting.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options remained the same each morning, which got a bit monotonous during my week-long stay. I also experienced some noise from neighboring rooms, which could be distracting at times.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the perfect sea view and the gorgeous infinity pool. The little ones loved playing in the bay nearby where we also tried some snorkeling. Exploring Angra do Heroísmo on foot was a delightful experience for the whole family.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a spa & wellness center. During my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number, which I remember fondly. Don't miss the great massage services! I'll definitely be back for a city break.
